Itinerary
Morning: Hanoi to Tuan Chau
Your guide collects you from your hotel in the Old Quarter or the Opera House area between 7:30 and 8:00, and the road to the coast takes a little over four hours with a rest stop on the way. You check in at Tuan Chau port around noon.
Midday: on board · Lunch included
The boat leaves at about 12:15 and lunch is served at 12:30 while the islands start to close in around you.
Afternoon: caves, beach and lagoon
Sung Sot Cave first, then Luon Cave. You can paddle a kayak or take a bamboo boat into the lagoon, or simply stay on deck. The boat then stops at Ti Top for a swim from the beach or a short climb to the top for the view over the bay.
Evening: sunset and the road home
Back at Tuan Chau by 5:00 to 5:30, with tea, cakes and music on the sun deck as you sail in. You are on the expressway to Hanoi by about 6:00 and back in the city around 9:00 to 9:30 in the evening.
